Sofia Alexandria, founder of Aya Ch’aska,

has 10 years of experience in tattooing and 24 years of creating art. Sofia’s mission is to create beautiful bodies of work that evoke deep resonance with spirit, and encourage people to proceed in their healing journey.

Upon experiencing some profound breakthroughs and revelations on her journey of self discovery, her path has led her to the calling of ceremonial tattoos to stimulate healing and transformation onto the human vessel. Sofia has been on the spiritual path and healing journey for 7+ years, and continues to fully commit her life to the practice of love and growth in all aspects. She pays her respects to the teachers of plant medicine and the indigenous communities who’ve preserved the sacred traditions and practices, so that we can awaken the healer within.
